Tier 23 battle conditions in The Tower

Tier 23 of The Tower runs 18 battle conditions, fixed from wave 1 and unchanged for the whole run. 10 of them are at the level 95 cap.

• Orb Resistance, level 95 of 95. Orbs stop destroying enemies outright: they deal a share of enemy health as damage instead.
• Death Ray Resistance, level 95 of 95. Death Ray stops deleting what it touches and deals a share of enemy health per tick.
• Thorns Resistance, level 95 of 95. Thorn damage is cut against every enemy in the run.
• Knockback Resistance, level 95 of 95. Enemies resist knockback, so crowd control stops holding the line.
• Armored Enemies, level 90 of 95. Enemies block their first hits, blunting fast low-damage weapons.
• Plasma Cannon Resistance, level 95 of 95. Plasma Cannon damage is cut against every enemy in the run.
• More Bosses, level 5 of 95. Extra bosses join each boss wave.
• Protector's Ultimate, level 95 of 95. Protector enemies use their ultimate.

• Boss's Ultimate, level 65 of 95. Bosses use their ultimate.
• Fast's Ultimate, level 80 of 95. Fast enemies use their ultimate.
