Tier 20 battle conditions in The Tower

Tier 20 of The Tower runs 15 battle conditions, fixed from wave 1 and unchanged for the whole run. 2 of them are at the level 95 cap.

Orb Resistance, level 95 of 95. Orbs stop destroying enemies outright: they deal a share of enemy health as damage instead.
Death Ray Resistance, level 95 of 95. Death Ray stops deleting what it touches and deals a share of enemy health per tick.
Thorns Resistance, level 80 of 95. Thorn damage is cut against every enemy in the run.
Knockback Resistance, level 90 of 95. Enemies resist knockback, so crowd control stops holding the line.
Armored Enemies, level 60 of 95. Enemies block their first hits, blunting fast low-damage weapons.
Plasma Cannon Resistance, level 80 of 95. Plasma Cannon damage is cut against every enemy in the run.
More Bosses, level 5 of 95. Extra bosses join each boss wave.
Protector's Ultimate, level 80 of 95. Protector enemies use their ultimate.
Tank's Ultimate, level 65 of 95. Tank enemies use their ultimate.
Boss's Ultimate, level 20 of 95. Bosses use their ultimate.
Fast's Ultimate, level 35 of 95. Fast enemies use their ultimate.
Skip Reduction - Subtract, level 55 of 95. Every wave skip is worth less: a flat amount comes off the top.
Ray's Ultimate, level 50 of 95. Ray enemies use their ultimate.
Scatter's Ultimate, level 50 of 95. Scatter enemies use their ultimate.
Vampire's Ultimate, level 50 of 95. Vampire enemies use their ultimate.
