Report a bug or request a feature.

A prediction that did not match what the game did is the most useful thing you can send, because it is reproducible: attach the save and say what the game actually gave you, and the prediction can be replayed against the exact state that produced it.

An email address is optional and is only used to reply. If you leave it out the report is still read. A save attachment is optional too.

If a prediction looks wrong, check the game build shown on the page. A save written by a newer build of The Tower is answered with a warning until that build is checked, because the tables a prediction reads are specific to a build. See the changelog for the checked build.
